Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing and logistics data within internal systems.
  • Perform basic data entry, validation, and analysis to support procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Review and verify import documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and generate routine reports related to purchasing performance, shipment status, and logistics metrics.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers and freight forwarders via email to coordinate orders and shipments.
  • Support the setup and onboarding of new product listings, including gathering product specifications and relevant documents.
  • Work closely with internal purchasers and cross-functional departments (e.g., warehouse, finance, and product teams) to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or logistics (fresh grads considered).
  • Basic Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Familiar with import documents and compliance.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in English.
