Your Role:
As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our lifestyle products are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive deals, and oversee the procurement process to support the dynamic needs of our fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and issue procurement plans to suppliers, ensuring timely and stable supply of products to meet business demands.

Monitor product arrivals, warehouse receipts, and address issues such as returns or exchanges for substandard items.

Negotiate procurement costs with suppliers to ensure product quality and pricing are competitive and aligned with company goals.

Manage and maintain supplier relationships in assigned categories, fostering strong partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration.

Handle account reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processes efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts effectively.

Strong analytical skills to manage supply chains and forecast demand accurately.

Exceptional organizational and execution skills, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Personality: Resilient under pressure, adaptable in a fast-moving environment, and highly motivated to deliver results.
