About the role

GETTOP TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Purchasing/Procurement Executive (采购人员) to join our team in Tampoi Johor. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and purchasing activities to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure the best quality, timely delivery and cost-effective materials and services
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Collaborating with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving to handle complex procurement challenges
• Proficient in using ERP systems or any similar systems.
• Candidate who is able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
