• Sourcer, négocier et acheter des matériaux auprès de fournisseurs.
• Émettre des commandes d'achat basées sur les besoins.
• Évaluer les offres et négocier des prix.

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase raw material/non raw material from both local and overseas vendors

Issue Purchasing Orders(PO) based on material requisition(MR) submitted by related parties

Evaluate Offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases

Ad-hoc assignment by Superior

Job Qualification

Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience however fresh graduate are encouraged to apply as on job training is provided

Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of supply chain procedures

Able to be independent, initiative and function under minimum supervision with responsible attitude
