Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will handle purchasing tasks, provide administrative support, and ensure timely procurement of goods to support business operations.

Responsibilities:
Purchasing: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and services according to company requirements.
Order Management: Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
Supplier Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery standards are met.
Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels and coordinate with the relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Documentation: Maintain accurate purchasing records and filing for easy reference and audit purposes.
Complaint Resolution: Address any issues with suppliers, such as delivery delays, defective items, or price disputes, and resolve them promptly.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and additional tasks.

Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia).
• Strong negotiation, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates available to start immediately.
