Job description

-Manage the sourcing and procurement scope of indirect commodities related to operations sub-contracting, engineering services, consumables, transportation and logistics, manufacturing works, capital equipment, MRO, construction, site services, Vendor Manager Inventories for consumable used in manufacturing operations
-Place purchase orders with suppliers and performs proper follow up and confirmation
-Identify cost savings initiatives and negotiate terms with suppliers
-Supplier relationship management with key vendors
-Manage material returns according to schedule to support Manufacturing needs
-Resolve problems with suppliers including delivery, quality, pricing, lead-times
-Communicate supply chain information to other departments and management
-Ensure internal sourcing processes are followed and remain in compliance with corporate requirements
