Une entreprise de fabrication d'origine chinoise, Jinjing Technology Malaysia, recherche un Purchasing Officer pour optimiser la gestion des fournisseurs et des achats. Le poste nécessite une bonne maîtrise du mandarin pour interagir avec des clients à majorité sinophone. Avec une équipe dynamique et en pleine expansion, vous serez en charge de la gestion des performances fournisseurs et de la surveillance des inventaires, tout en pouvant accueillir des candidats juniors motivés.

Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment, and selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring of construction materials.
Ensure all purchases are sourced correctly in terms of source, quality, quantity, delivery, and price.
Analyze material market dynamics and price trends to manage price risks according to company policies.
Maintain good communication with vendors and pursue continuous improvement in vendor management.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
Support inventory management to ensure high delivery capacity with minimal inventory.
Conduct supplier performance audits and on-site surveys with department heads.
Handle quality issues with suppliers, product replacements, and sample requests.
Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Internship and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
