Job Description:

• Manage full-cycle procurement from sourcing, negotiation, to delivery follow-up.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services according to project and production needs.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve pricing, quality, and delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate closely with inventory, production, and finance to manage procurement schedules and cost control.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-4 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.

Salary Range: RM5k - RM9k
