Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management & Development: Source and evaluate suppliers, build partnerships, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure cost, quality, and supply stability.
  • Procurement Execution: Carry out purchasing tasks such as planning, issuing orders, coordinating deliveries, and stock recording, ensuring materials are supplied accurately and on time.
  • Cross-Department Communication & Project Support: Work closely with marketing, warehouse, branding, and training teams to support new product launches and major projects. Follow up on local sourcing projects to increase the share of local procurement.
  • Demand Management: Based on market operations and marketing activities, plan and execute purchasing according to material standards, supplier lead times, and logistics schedules, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for procurement are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the full procurement cycle; candidates with international trade experience are an added advantage.
  • Familiar with procurement processes, with strong negotiation skills and data analysis ability.
  • Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
  • Must possess own vehicle as the role requires domestic travel.
