Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Determining the required materials and generating purchase order.
2. Ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards and are cost-efficient.
3. Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
4. Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
5. Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
6. Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
7. Liaising with customers, suppliers and distributors.
8. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes and cancellation.
9. Preparing cost estimates and performance report.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Economics, International Business or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
