Job description

This role is to ensure material availability for production usage in order to meet customer requirements on time.

Your tasks

1. NPIs material planning and coordination with the project team to meet project timelines.
2. Mass production material planning, focusing on bulk planning.
3. Manage inventory control.
4. Assess material risk and communicate with procurement for supply strategy management.
5. Perform purchasing data review and approval before setup in SAP for usage.
6. Issue purchase orders and manage MRB.
7. Coordinate logistics between suppliers and internal logistics departments.
8. Generate forecasts for supplier material planning.
9. Prepare monthly reports.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or an equivalent field, or an advanced diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with MRP planning concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English.
• Mature, a team player, and able to work independently.
• Meticulous.
