Position Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive / Assistant specializing in Purchasing or Logistics to support our operations. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their career in supply chain management while contributing to sustainability initiatives. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics or purchasing are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase Order Management: Prepare and process purchase orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm product specifications, negotiate terms, and monitor order progress.
  3. Logistics Management: Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
  4. Quality Assurance: Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure the quantity and quality of goods received match purchase orders.
  5. Issue Resolution: Handle discrepancies, such as damaged goods or delivery delays, and ensure swift resolution with suppliers.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier communications.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with relevant experience in purchasing or logistics will have an advantage.
