Qualifications

• 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung, vorzugsweise in der Fertigungsbranche.
• Fähigkeit, die Anforderungen interner Stakeholder zu verstehen und Lösungen zu liefern.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing und Verhandeln mit Lieferanten für die besten Preise und Bedingungen.

About the role

This is a full-time Purchasing Executive position at Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd located in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. You will be responsible for procuring goods and materials to support the company's manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and conditions for the company.
2. Raising purchase orders and managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials.
3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
4. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.
5. Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in a related field such as supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation using tools like Excel.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
