Job description

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor degree in any field.
• Diploma holder with at least two years working experience in Purchasing.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Handle orders for local sub-materials (inks, adhesives, solvents & other resins) and packing materials.
• Handle orders of non-stock items (local, overseas & online purchases).
• Manage orders of imported raw materials, including dealings with Customs Department.
• Match PR with DO and invoices for imported materials, machines & parts.
• Update purchase specifications, technical specs & SDS for local sub-materials & packing materials.
• Supplier qualification and new raw materials qualification.
• Manage sales tax for raw materials and packaging materials.
• Apply for/renew MIDA import duty applications for raw materials and machines.

Language & Skills

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors.
