Job Responsibilities
  • Purchase and plan for raw materials and component parts.
  • Manage budget by monitoring and controlling purchasing costs.
  • Oversee inventory levels to maintain adequate stock without overstocking.
  • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels and order quantities.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing activities, costs, vendor performance, and SST reports on a monthly basis.
  • Handle E-Invoice activities related to material and part purchases.
  • Collaborate with departments such as finance, production, logistics, and projects to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss procurement needs.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor relations and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address supply disruptions, quality issues, or contract disputes.
