Job description

To ensure all the internal functions of purchasing activities are carried out with compliance of ISO 9001 requirements, periodical review and improvement of the company's quality system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare ISO renewal related documents for purchase and update monthly reports, including supplier performance reports related to ISO.
  2. Liaise with the Accounting department for monthly reports and documentation.
  3. Manage the purchasing process, including requisition, purchase orders, delivery, and ensure the availability of all materials.
  4. Manage and update new part and pricing registration, negotiate on projects and volume in the Master List.
  5. Handle shipping (import) of parts/products, work closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents, and manage shipping documents.
  6. Prepare customer reports, manage material planning, and coordinate with Sales personnel for delivery lead times.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good experience with Purchasing Software or systems.
  • Able to work independently and resourcefully to resolve ad-hoc purchasing issues.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin for effective communication with diverse clients.
