• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Fertigungsindustrie.
• Kenntnisse über relevante Vorschriften im Einkauf und in der Logistik.

About the role

AmLion Toothpaste Mfg Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Purchasing Executive to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and services to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure we obtain the best value for money while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
2. Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
3. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
4. Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
5. Maintain detailed records of all purchasing activities and generate reports as required.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise procurement processes.
4. Proficient in the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procurement software.
5. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6. Knowledge of relevant procurement and logistics regulations.
