Job description

• To take charge of the purchasing process, securing the best deals and managing delivery according to our ISO procedures.
• To check delivery status, arrange transport and re-packing when needed, communicate with PM on-site delivery of materials, and prepare packing lists as required. Perform daily checks on received Delivery Orders (DO).
• Follow up with suppliers on pending deliveries to project sites and update relevant parties on delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit Site Material Balance and other procurement-related reports.
• Monitor bulk order cables for ongoing projects and stock levels of cables & PVC conduit.
• Alert management to risks or issues identified in cable stock reports.
• Manage store materials effectively.
• Receive, match, and update Purchase Documents in compliance with all ISO Standard Procedures.
• Maintain proper filing systems for easy traceability of documents.
• Perform ad hoc tasks or implement new systems as assigned by superiors or management.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Resourceful with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Experience with Auto-count system is an advantage.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
