Job description

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team.

What is this role all about?

Responsible for local purchase of good according to the planned delivery schedule.

Sourcing and negotiating with new potential suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.

Monitoring and updating current suppliers performance (in terms of quality, delivery and services).

Monitor export and import shipment process.

Co-ordinate closely for orders updates and plan for the shipment arrangement.

What is required to be successful in this role?

At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Management, Transportation, Logistics, Commerce or equivalent.

Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply.

Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Puchong.
