Liaise with vendors and local suppliers to source for goods
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, accounts, etc.)
Research and evaluate potential suppliers or vendors
Prepare documentation such as purchase orders and purchase return notes
Input GRN (Goods Received Note) of incoming stocks into system
Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
Manage and maintain accurate records of all purchases and related documents
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good coordination and communication skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
