Responsibilities:

Assist in issuing purchase orders and track deliveries to meet deadlines, quality, and specifications.

Inspect inventory, report discrepancies, and communicate proactively with suppliers.

Prepare documentation for payments and maintain accurate records of invoices/delivery notes.

Generate weekly purchasing reports and support administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
