Job description

Responsibilities:

Sourcing, negotiating, comparing, and analysing materials and services to be purchased, and evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure in line with the technical specification and commercial terms required.
Be in-charge of daily procurement processes such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules.
Evaluate vendor's performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices.
Ensure all procurement processes and documents are following company policies and well documented.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 requirement and best practices in procurement.
Taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace and activities.

What are we looking for:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field of study with at least 5-6 years of experience in related field.
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with vendor from China.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, pride in performance and its impact on Company's success.
A well-organized individual, independent, self-starter, result-oriented, thorough with strong interpersonal skills.
