Qualifications

• Diplôme requis dans un domaine pertinent.
• Expérience en achats ou sourcing préférée.
• Connaissance de la lecture des dessins techniques.

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for managing end-to-end material procurement, ensuring continuous supply to meet demand, and implementing effective supply strategies across global sites.

Impact You Will Make:

Demand Management

o Material supply of Direct & Indirect Material Order.

o Purchase to demand, eg. execute internal order processing following defined procedures with MRP processes.

o Determine best logistics strategy, eg. frequencies, routes ,etc.

o Make wise and sound daily purchasing decision, eg procurement cost reduction, supply capacity management, define alternative for identified constraint, supply contingency planning, etc.

o Provide timely support and daily follow up on supply priorities for daily requests including consigned parts through S4 acknowledgement process.

o Work in collaboration with supplier for on-time deliveries as long term supply partnership.

o Process Purchase for Direct & Indirect PO & DO/CN/DN/transaction in ERP.

Supplier Quality Management

o Coordinate part replacement and handling for internal Sales Order on non-conformity as reported internally.

o Work in collaboration with QA to drive supplier quality improvement.

Inventory Management

o Inventory control including quantity, location, and quality of safety inventory.

Focus on continuous improvement on overall supply chain activities

o Determine ways to improve lead-time through procurement , eg , logistic flow.

o Determine ways to minimize safety inventory level while providing high product availability.

o Enhance cooperation between all sites’ Purchasers to implement global best practices.

o Excellent communication skills and know-how ERP process.

Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs

Our Ideal Candidate:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, any relevant field.

Proficient with Windows, Excel, and Material Resource Planning (MRP) tools.

Basic knowledge on reading engineering drawings.

Buying or sourcing experience preferred.
