Job description

Hiring Company : Texchem-Pack (PP) Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and expediting all required items.

Conduct supplier selection and evaluation, including annual performance reviews.

Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.

Verify and match all invoices and delivery orders before submitting them to the Finance Department.

Liaise with transporters, forwarders, and customs to ensure timely delivery of goods. Perform comparative analysis to select the most suitable logistics partners.

Coordinate with suppliers and the Legal Department to manage agreements such as Sales & Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Quality Agreements in compliance with company policies.

Participate in cost reduction activities.

Ensure strict compliance with established company policies, procedures and practices.

Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports to relevant departments.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Support superiors with other assignments or projects as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma, Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Disciplined, committed and able to perform under pressure.

Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards will be an added advantage.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing, Production Operations, or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.

Ethical, mature, confident, and positive in attitude.

Able to meet tight deadlines and work within strict guidelines.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to take on new challenges and learning opportunities.

Able to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and accept job rotation as part of career development.
