Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare and maintain the list of approved suppliers list.
  • To request for quotations & materials sample from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
  • To evaluate the prices and quality on materials quoted by the potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors.
  • To submit price comparison for Purchasing Manager’s approval.
  • Attend to calls / visits from suppliers.
  • To follow-up and control on materials delivered to site compared to ordered quantities. Communicate with site personnel for material quality to ensure on time delivery.
  • Emphasis on inventory control. Update DO and INV in system and attach the DO with INV for account department further action.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage.
  • Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior / HOD.

Job Requirements

  • FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME!
  • Min. education requirement: Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Fresh grads also can apply.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
