Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in price negotiation with suppliers by working directly with them to gather and negotiate price lists, compare shipping rates and product prices.
  • Manage Purchase Orders by completing and maintaining all related documentation.
  • Oversee shipping schedules, ensuring follow-up on all incoming shipments.
  • Maintain purchase records, including detailed paper or computerized records of quantities, shipping information, costs, and updates.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a Purchasing Assistant or Coordinator in the retail industry or similar role is preferred.
  • Willing to work at Kampung Baru, Sungai Buloh.
  • Full-time position available.
