• Candidates should be fluent in Mandarin for client interactions.
• At least SPM qualification is required.
• 1 year of relevant working experience preferred but fresh graduates encouraged.

Job Responsibility

• Handle local purchases.
• Manage SST, Lampiran K, and MIDA-related matters.
• Prepare and submit SST and Lampiran K reports on time.
• Apply, renew, and maintain MIDA & SST licenses.
• Train in purchasing department administrative tasks.
• Search for vendor and supplier information.
• Assist with purchasing paperwork and quotations.
• Compare supplier details for decision-making.
• Train and supervise store staff.
• Manage inventory, oversee receipts, quality checks, and labelling of raw materials.
• Track stock levels and arrange monthly stock takes.
• Ensure efficient material handling and monitor transfers when necessary.
• Make sure production gets the materials they need, and hand them out as listed.
• Generate inventory reports and track shortages or damages.
• Maintain accurate stock records and implement control procedures.
• Manage disposal or scrapping of materials as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
