Job description

Dealing with oversea & locals suppliers on schedule & order material needs based on forecasting analyses on history, lead-time, actual demand, PR, etc.

To ensure all the materials are timely deliveries.

Preparing related ISO report of Purchasing.

Maintaining a completed updated purchasing file & reports.

To perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM qualification.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin - Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.

High integrity, good communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Applicants must be willing to work in Juru, Penang.

Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
