Stock & Procurement: Source, purchase, and allocate stock movement. Ensure stock availability while preventing shortages or overstocking.

Sales & Retail Support: Prepare weekly sales reports, respond to retail inquiries promptly, and process stock orders (PO creation).

Promotions & Marketing: Plan promotional items for campaigns and collaborate with marketing, sales, and RMA teams.

Trading & Costing: Monitor market trends, secure stock before suppliers sell out, and negotiate the best pricing.

New Product Sourcing: Identify and introduce new products that align with market demand.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and optimize inventory to meet sales demands.

Fast Decision-Making: Act quickly on stock opportunities and pricing changes to stay competitive.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and RMA) to align strategies and execution.

Requirements:

Strong trading and procurement skills in IT products.

Cost-sensitive and able to make strategic purchasing decisions.

Up-to-date with the latest product trends and best practices.

Basic knowledge of IT products.

Highly responsive and able to reply to messages promptly.

Experience in vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and inventory monitoring.
