For over fourteen years, Armani has consistently delivered high-quality buildings that contribute significantly to Malaysia’s urban fabric and offer exemplary environments for those who live in them. With diverse and extensive experience in both luxury apartment and townhouse sectors, Armani brings unique expertise to every residential project.

Role

We are seeking a proactive ID Purchaser to assist with the sourcing and procurement of interior design materials and FF&E items. This role does not involve design work, but rather focuses on administration, supplier coordination, price comparison, and logistics management, with an emphasis on cross-border procurement — particularly from China.

Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase interior design materials and FF&E items based on project requirements.
  • Liaise with local and overseas suppliers (especially China) for pricing, samples, and delivery arrangements.
  • Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist with supplier vetting, factory visits, and quality checks (local & China).
  • Handle purchasing documentation, delivery tracking, and material records.
  • Support data entry, supplier database updates, and basic admin tasks.
  • Travel locally and internationally for material sourcing and supplier coordination.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Administrative Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, purchasing, supplier assistance, or international trade preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage, especially for international sourcing tasks.
  • Good analytical skills to compare quotations and supplier options.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas (especially China) for sourcing and supplier visits.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and basic procurement or data management software.
