• Project support to the sales team in Malaysia and regional offices
• Ensure timely billing to Client
• Record and manage the sales report, sales order and sales dashboard
• Perform the purchasing / procurement role as per project’s requirement
• Issue Purchase Order to our production entity and other suppliers
• Source for new supplier, negotiate term and price with supplier
• Liaise with Sales, Production team, and Installation team for delivery, installation & shipment.
• Responsible to source project spare part, hardware, insurance etc.
• Arrange timely delivery of materials to the factory and work site.
• Responsible for inventory in factory.
• Coordinate and manage inbound & outbound logistics activities, including transportation arrangement.
• Plan and schedule coordinate with transporter and carriers and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Certification/Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
