Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing all purchasing activities and ensuring purchased items/equipment meet specifications/drawings/quality requirements at the most competitive prices and within required delivery lead-times.
  2. Constantly exploring new capable suppliers to improve price competitiveness and supply assurance.
  3. Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  4. Reviewing, comparing, and analyzing purchasing data to leverage procurement scale for optimized pricing.
  5. Managing warehouse stock list and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  6. Maintaining good supplier relationships for the best level of service support.
  7. Undertaking additional tasks/responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of working experience as a purchaser in M&E/Construction field.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  4. Ability to start work with short notice is an added advantage.
