Purchasing goods and materials in line with specific cost, quality and margin

Supporting the entire purchasing department and other relevant department to ensure smooth running of business operations

To liaise with local and oversea suppliers for raisings of samples, delivery timing etc

Negotiating the best deals for the company

Responsible in monitoring stock availability for all SKUs

Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate

Regular visit to our retail stores and collaborating with the retail teams to have right products on the shelf and in attractive display to interest customers

Always keeping pace with the market trend by conducting market research to ensure competitive positioning and understand market insight

Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements:

Possess minimum Doploma/Degree in business, merchandising, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
