Job Description:

1. To assist partners and senior lawyers in attending the legal due diligence.
2. To assist partners / senior lawyers in preparing and drafting of agreements/submission documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

- LLB degree / CLP or other equivalent qualification
- Possess sound knowledge of the Companies Act and
Listing Requirements and other corporation and securities
laws;
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both
written and spoken.
- Must have a good attitude, hardworking and a team
player.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to take instructions from partners and senior lawyers
