The role

We are seeking a talented and driven Purchasing Specialist (Spanish Speaker) to join the team at Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic procurement and inventory management initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality.
  • Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review, verify, and process supplier invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
