About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Public Speaking English Coach to join our team at THE KINGMAKERSMAN SDN. BHD. in DESA PARKCITY Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time position, this is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in enhancing the English communication skills of our students.

What you'll be doing:

Teaching young children English and Bahasa Melayu both academic and public speaking.

Developing and delivering dynamic and engaging public speaking and English language classes for students of all ages and levels

Designing and implementing tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each student

Providing constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their confidence, fluency, and public speaking abilities

Collaborating with the wider education team to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our programmes

Maintaining detailed records of student progress and actively contributing to our ongoing programme evaluation and development

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a public speaking or English language coach, preferably in an educational setting

Presentable and well-groomed individual who can speak fluent English

At least 2 years of teaching experience but fresh graduate with excellent command of English are encourage to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

A passion for education and a genuine commitment to helping students reach their full potential

Relevant qualifications in education, linguistics, or a related field
