About the role

As the Public Sector Manager at Union Harvest (M) Sdn Bhd, you will responsible in GLC tender process, identifying new opportunities, supporting high-quality proposal submissions, and building strong relationships with key personnel in government ministries and agencies. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify, track, and qualify relevant GLC tender opportunities through portals like ePerolehan and other sources.

Assist in the end-to-end preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and timely tender proposals.

Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within key government ministries, agencies, and related bodies.

Gather and report actionable market intelligence on procurement trends, budgets, and competitor activities.

Support the Head of Sales in preparing for high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations with stakeholders.

Contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the public sector business line.

What we're looking for

Proven experience (3+ years) in government liaison, public sector sales, or tender/bid management.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrable track record of securing and managing high-value public sector contracts.

Strong business acumen and the ability to develop strategic, data-driven proposals

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
