Job Description
  1. Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
  2. Communication Skills: Facilitating effective communication between the Director and various internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel overseas as required, ensuring seamless coordination and logistical arrangements during trips.
  4. Representation: Serving as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional and presentable appearance while interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
  5. Social Aptitude: Demonstrating excellent social skills to engage and interact with diverse individuals across various levels, fostering positive relationships and representing the company’s ethos effectively.
  6. Adaptability and Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
  1. Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both Mandarin and English. Fluency in other languages is highly advantageous.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  3. A professional and presentable appearance, with a strong focus on social acumen and representation skills.
  4. Prior experience in a similar role or environment is advantageous.
