Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to join one of our client's Shared Services team in Selangor, Malaysia across multiple levels: Specialist, Senior Specialist, and Assistant Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to key finance functions: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) within a dynamic, multinational Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

• Manage end-to-end PTP processes including vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
• Collaborate with procurement and vendors to resolve discrepancies and queries

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

• Oversee billing, credit management, collections, and cash application activities
• Monitor customer accounts and resolve payment issues
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition

Record-to-Report (RTR)

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports
• Support audits and compliance activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in Shared Services environment with focus on PTP, OTC, or RTR functions
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership skills for Senior Specialist and Assistant Manager roles

Salary
