About Our Client

Job Description

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensuring they are processed according to KPIs and within SLAs.
• Obtain appropriate approval for invoices based on the company's Delegation of Authority.
• Validate details in Kofax and perform 3-way matching in the invoice process within Oracle.
• Resolve invoice posting issues and clear invoice workflow daily.
• Respond to vendor and buyer queries and resolve issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree, or Professional Qualification in any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be a self-starter, quick learner, and a team player capable of driving initiatives and change.
• Have operating knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Possess good negotiation and communication skills in English.
