Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsible for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the company pays its bills on time and maintains good relationships with vendors.

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensure invoices are processed as per KPI and within SLA
• Obtain appropriate approval for invoices based on company Delegation of Authority
• Validate details in Kofax and perform 3-way matching in Oracle
• Resolve invoice posting issues and clear invoices daily in workflow
• Respond to vendor and buyer queries and resolve issues promptly

Profile

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree, or Professional Qualification, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Service environment
• Excellent attention to detail, self-starter, quick learner, team player, with the ability to drive initiatives and change
• Operational knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Good negotiation and communication skills in English
