Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets is offering an internship to motivated undergraduates in Malaysia. You will support eFiling for claims, A&H, CRM, and more, while learning insurance procedures and working with a collaborative team.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, deadlines, and English communication. On-site interviews occur at Bukit Damansara, with a 3–6 month duration preferred.

Ideally, you are studying an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, or Actuarial Science, however what we are really looking for is motivation to learn & grow, accuracy, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

THE ROLE:

As the Processing Services Team Intern:

Under moderate supervision, you will be responsible for assisting in eFiling for Claims, A&H, CRM, PFR, CAS, EPC and TER documents/correspondence and participating in meetings to gain insights into insurance procedure and regulations.

You will also assist in expense administration and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in terms of meeting arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITIES / QUALITIES / SKILLS:

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

• Compliance- with all legal, statutory and corporate affairs requirements.
• Motivated, personable & high attention to detail
• Sound English communication skills (written and spoken) required as you will be liaising with English speaking stakeholders

• Competitive salary offer of MYR1,800 per month
• Minimum 3 months duration of internship preferably 6 months if possible
