Liberty PSA Core Team in Malaysia is offering Processing Services Team Internship starting September 2026. You will support eFiling for Claims, A&H, CRM, PFR, CAS, EPC and TER documents, and participate in meetings to learn insurance procedures.

We seek undergraduates with motivation to learn, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. First-round in-person interviews at Bukit Damansara, with opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Actuarial Science.

Responsibilities

• Assist in eFiling for Claims, A&H, CRM, PFR, CAS, EPC and TER documents/correspondence.
• Assist with expense administration and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for meetings.
• Data entry on day-to-day processes and BAU tasks.
• Support cross-functional teams including Post-bind, Claims and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in updating SOPs and participate in process improvement projects.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate with stakeholders.

THE ROLE:

As the Processing Services Team Intern:

Under moderate supervision, you will be responsible for assisting in eFiling for Claims, A&H, CRM, PFR, CAS, EPC and TER documents/correspondence and participating in meetings to gain insights into insurance procedure and regulations.

You will also assist in expense administration and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in terms of meeting arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITIES / QUALITIES / SKILLS:

Assist in daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations i.e., supporting the PST Core Team in managing day to day tasks.

Data Entry: Assistance in data entry on day-to-day business processes/tasks and expense administration.

Process Improvement Projects/Initiatives: Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving task operational efficiency and productivity.

Process Documentation: Assistance in updating and maintaining relevant processes’ standard operating procedures (SOP), where required.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and work closely across teams i.e., Post-bind, Claims and Finance to ensure smooth BAU operations.

Meeting coordination: Liaise & communicate with relevant internal and external teams/stakeholders in setting up meeting arrangements.
