Job description

Location: Selangor #LI Hybrid

About the role:

To support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes, services, and continuous improvement within scope.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the team in operationalizing P&O strategic objectives.
  2. Provide support and advice in implementing processes and standards for all P&O services, including services, processes, and continuous improvement. Offer guidance and assistance to customers/users through consulting and training. Assist in identifying and planning P&O services.
  3. Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible, or support problem resolution by collaborating with higher support levels or experts. Perform user administration tasks such as access management.
  4. Track service requests, troubleshoot issues, analyze error messages, and questions. Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to meet productivity goals. Assist in personnel cost budgeting and control.
  5. Support evaluation of services, processes, and continuous improvements within scope.
  6. Contribute to P&O services projects at the country or BU level.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Workday data changes.
  • Experience in reporting and Excel.
  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and functions globally.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity easily.
  • Proactive and resourceful with quick learning abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in SAP P32 (HR module).
