Job summary

MCS MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a PROTÉGÉ Trainee to start a 9–12 month on-the-job training programme in Malaysia. The programme may lead to permanent placement for high performers.

You will be exposed to site operations, quantity surveying, planning, and contract administration while learning our procedures, methods, and safety standards. Monthly allowance is RM2,000 with mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with degree in relevant construction disciplines.
• Malaysian graduate registered under the PROTÉGÉ Programme.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes; site exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams in site operations, coordination, and supervision.
• Support quantity surveying works such as measurement, costing, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling works, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Exposure to contract administration, claims, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and internal coordination meetings.
• Learn company procedures, construction methods, and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties related to construction operations as assigned

Job description

As a PROTÉGÉ Trainee, you will undergo a 9-12 month on-the-job training programme where you will be exposed to various aspects of construction operations. Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent placement within the company.

About you
