Overview
The ProtÃgà will support the organization in various administrative functions. The ideal protÃgà candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Greet visitors and clients, and provide them with assistance as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Documentation And Record Keeping
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Office Management
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
- Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Job Requirements
Relevant Work Experience
- Proven experience as an office worker, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role, is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in business administration or equivalent degree.
Technical/ Functional Skills
- Basic skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
