Job Description

• Assist in implementing best procurement practices for upgrading, development, and repair works during both pre and post contract stages to ensure value for money.
• Assist in managing the procurement of goods and services, including vendor sourcing, tender/RFQ processes, negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying tender documents, estimates, evaluations, and post-contract deliverables such as payments, Variation Orders (VO), and Extensions of Time (EOT).
• Assist in conducting vendor assessments, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and authority limits.
• Prepare procurement reports, approvals, and presentation materials for management meetings.
• Support continuous improvement by enhancing procurement processes to align with internal SOPs and government initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying/ Building Surveying/ Building/ Building Economics/ or equivalent.
