Job description

Role Description & Responsibilities
  • The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Medical Affairs team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
  • Utilize various software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence, documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Assist the Line Manager in projects and their implementation.
  • Prepare medical-related materials and upload them on the Pfizer system.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably specialized in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Science.
  • Ability to work independently, be result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
  • A team player with good spoken and written skills in English.
