Job description

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • This one-year Protégé Program is designed to create a hands-on learning exposure to the pharmaceutical industry through supporting the respective department with operational and administrative support.
  • This position within the Protégé Program is for new product launch planning and will report to the Launch Excellence Lead. Exposure to a fast-paced and multi-country environment focusing on bringing the latest breakthrough medicines to market.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Project management – working with various platforms including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to manage new product launches effectively and accurately.
    • Internal stakeholder management – liaising with numerous stakeholders across departments and countries with excellent communication skills.
    • Internal event planning – supporting workshops, meetings, and events and ensuring operational excellence.
    • Material creation – support in producing presentations, spreadsheets, records, and databases.
    • Other ad-hoc projects, such as commercial-related initiatives and other administrative support and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Degree or work experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceutical or marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, results-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated.
  • Team player with excellent spoken and written English skills.
