Johnson & Johnson in Malaysia is seeking a Protégé – Market Access to gain hands-on exposure to patient access programmes, pricing, and tender processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely execution, contributing to market access strategies.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and a keen interest in healthcare systems and patient affordability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with external partners to oversee Patient Access Programmes (PAP) for compliance and timely execution.
• Monitor programme performance and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting for commercial and finance stakeholders.
• Assist in tender processes, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation.
• Maintain pricing information, track adjustments, discounts, and reimbursement considerations.
• Support global pricing platforms with data accuracy, system updates, and internal stakeholder training.
• Compile and organize documentation for audits in line with SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Support legal and contractual processes related to market access activities with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and strengthen market access capabilities.

Purpose

The Protégé – Market Access will support the Market Access team in Malaysia, gaining hands‑on exposure to patient access programmes, pricing, tender processes, and compliance activities.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of market access operations, strong collaboration with external partners, and adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the oversight of Patient Access Programmes (PAP) by coordinating with outsourced partners to ensure compliance, performance, and timely execution
• Monitoring programme performance and contributing to regular reporting, including monthly and quarterly analysis for commercial and finance stakeholders
• Assisting in the management of tender processes, including preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date pricing information, including tracking adjustments, discounts, and reimbursement considerations
• Supporting the management of global pricing platforms by ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and user support for internal stakeholders
• Compiling and organising documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
• Supporting legal and contractual processes related to market access activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in cross‑functional initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and strengthen market access capabilities
